4. Application Scope
Iron casting & cupola furnace operation
Metal smelting and foundry industry
5. Core Product Advantages
High Melt Efficiency with High Carbon & Low Ash
Our foundry coke features 86%–90% fixed carbon content and ash content as low as 8% max. It effectively raises cupola temperature, reduces coke consumption per ton of molten metal and lowers slag generation, bringing tangible cost benefits for casting production.
Stable & Clean Casting Quality
Strictly controlled sulfur (≤0.5%) and low volatile matter (≤1.5%) avoid excessive sulfur absorption in molten iron and unstable combustion. It ensures stable carbon absorption rate, reduces casting defects, and perfectly meets the precision requirements of ductile iron and high-grade gray iron production.
Graded Size for Diverse Working Conditions
Available in multiple particle sizes including 60–90mm, 90–150mm and 150–300mm. Each specification is precisely screened with uniform porosity and mechanical strength. Small sizes fit small cupola equipment, while medium and large sizes ensure excellent furnace permeability for large blast furnaces, avoiding material bridging and channeling, and maintaining stable furnace operation.
6. Quality Assurance & Inspection
We adopt ISO 9001 certified production management with full batch traceability. Each shipment is equipped with official Mill Test Certificate (MTC). Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or CCIC is acceptable on request.
All batches have traceable lot numbers, covering raw material sourcing, coking temperature records and final component test reports.
7. Lead Time & Logistics Service
Standard Lead Time: 15 days after order confirmation
Packaging: Bulk shipment, 1-ton jumbo bags or customized packaging
Trade Terms: FOB / CIF available
Trial Order Support: Accept small trial orders with 1×20FT container to start long-term cooperation
